Glass Doctor of Jacksonville

Glass Doctor of Jacksonville did an exceptional job manufacturing and installing glass tabletops for my kitchen and dining room tables. They also installed glass tops on our bedroom bureaus, and end tables. The installation was very professional, and my order was delivered in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Glass Doctor of Jacksonville if you are looking for quality glass tabletops. They were great to work with.

Glass Doctor is highly professional, adding final touch w/ glass door/panels for my primary walk-in shower renovation! Great communication directly w/ Glass Doctor scheduler. Al Diaz & Joseph Miller called to share approximate arrival. Al & Joe listened to my desires & demonstrated high respect throughout the work done. I would highly recommend to my friends & neighbors!!! Nancy

My estimator and installer (one and the same, refreshing!) Al couldn’t have taken better care of us. They came out as scheduled for both the estimate and installation day and provided me updates throughout the whole process. The price was competitive with all other bids I got, but what I especially noticed was the attention to detail that Al showed. He carefully maneuvered around the plants in the flower bed outside the window, taking care to not damage any and was very respectful about our property in general. The final product is purely stunning and we are so happy that we can see out of our window again!

We can’t say enough good things about this experience! Our window was accidentally cracked by a lawn service, and both companies handled the situation with honesty, professionalism, and integrity from start to finish. Al with Glass Doctor was outstanding. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything and answer our questions. His customer service was exceptional, and he treated us and our home with respect throughout the entire process. The window replacement was completed quickly, flawlessly, and with great attention to detail. It’s clear that he takes pride in both his work and the way he treats his customers. We also want to recognize the lawn service for immediately taking responsibility and making the situation right without any hassle. Accidents happen, but what matters is how people respond, and everyone involved handled it exactly as they should have. In a world where people are quick to leave reviews when things go wrong, we think it’s just as important to recognize those who do the right thing. What could have been a frustrating situation turned into a great experience because of the professionalism and outstanding customer service from everyon

We needed somebody to take two large glass mirrors that were glued on the wall, down from my brother’s bathroom before countertop installation. Short notice, but glass doctor was able to meet our needs and schedule quickly. Joseph, the gentleman who came, was very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. He did the job quickly and we were very happy with the whole experience.
